SAS^® Episode Analytics (SEA) 2.1 cost of services might be assigned incorrectly with bubble option active.

A flag was set in the wrong place, which caused a small proportion of services to be assigned incorrectly when the bubble option active.

One case where one service/line is assigned to multiple episodes with the same assignment_id but the count are different and the cost only allocated to one of them.

The correct result should be if the assignment_id is the same for multiple episodes, the cost of the services/line should be equally divided by the count.
